Union Structure

What is IAES?

IAES stands for the International Association of Ethical Sluts. Think of it the way a national union sits above its local chapters: IAES sets the standard, and Locals carry it out on the ground, in cities and at events across the country. When you see "IAES Local 412," "IAES Local 504," or "IAES Local 404," it means that chapter has been officially chartered to represent the union in that city. Same union, same values, local flavor.

Every member is covered. No exceptions, no fine print, no apologies.

The Right to BE YOU

You have the right to be unapologetically you.

The Right to Say yes

You have the right to ask for, and say yes to what you want.

The Right to say no

You have the right to say no, and "NO" is a complete sentence. Zero explanations required.

The Right to change your mind

You can change your mind any time, for any reason.

THE Right to safety

You have the right to be safe, physically and emotionally, in every IAES space you enter.

Consent is the standard. Autonomy is the contract. Respect is the wage.
